
Feature Focus
You have the best product in your market place.
You know that - and so do your sales people, but telling your prospective
customers "We are the best" is not enough. You will have to
point out why you are better, to be sure of getting the business.
That is why we created Feature Focus, an easy to use comparison program
that will help your sales staff focus on those product features that are
ahead of your competitors.
Designed to be used with the PFA128 sales computer, the Feature Focus
system is delivered on a standard PC Card (PCMCIA). The database is set
up using our PC software, with various comparison categories such as Price,
Weight or Maximum Coverage for example, if you believe that is important to
your customer. You may have as many categories as memory allows, but a
practical limit might be thirty. Each of your products is
identified and entered in the database. Similarly your
competitors products are identified and entered. We can supply data
gathered by various research companies. You then build a table to
identify which of your competitors products you wish to compare with
yours. All of this work could be done either by Squarezone or
yourselves. The next step is to compress that database for storage on
the Feature Focus card to be used in your sales rooms. Your sales
people simply download the new data from your web site or from our web
site. You could e-mail the new data or even send it by floppy
disk.
Your sales staff now have the specifications of all of your products in
one handy package together with the specifications of your competitors
